“I am happy to participate in this campaign. I want to involve as many young people as possible, this is probably the most important. I hope that all of you will pass the testing, tell your friend and acquaintances. I see a growing interest in social networks too — everyone is actively putting on the ‘likes’, that means a lot of people will find out about it, and it’s great. In no case you should be ashamed to learn more and get a test. Everyone needs to know their HIV status”, said Polina Popova.

During her visit to the Center Miss Russia 2017 got a test for HIV, answered questions of volunteers and mass media, many of which were related both to the professional activities of the beauty, as well to proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles and the secrets of maintaining the ideal figure. Polina Popova, along with many Russian and world stars of show business and sports, supports HIV prevention programs and promotes healthy lifestyles, and her personal example shows the importance and need for responsible behavior.

The Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan added that not only healthy food, but also preventive activities play a crucial role in everyone’s life: “Information campaigns are very valuable. Life changes, attitude towards HIV changes, medical technologies change, and today we are successfully coping with this disease. We need to talk about this problem, because people’s consciousness must also change, and a modern person is a person who knows his HIV status and makes a quick decision in favor of health!”
