Alina Sanko made the Top 12 in the Miss World 2019
On 14 December, the finale ceremony of the most prestigious international beauty pageant "Miss World 2019" in London took place and hosted by Peter Andre and Megan Young. The main title received Toni-Ann Singh aged 23 from Jamaica and her predecessor Vanessa Ponce de Leon has crowned her the 69th Miss World.
Miss World France, Ophely Mezino was runner up and Miss World India, Suman Rao was placed third.
We are proud to announce that Alina Sanko, who represented Russia at the 69th international festival of beauty, got into the TOP 12 of the most beautiful girls in the world.
In the Top 12 also entered Russia, Kenya, Mexico, Vietnam, Philippines, Nepal, Nigeria, Brazil and Cook Islands
During the last month, the 111 most beautiful girls from different parts of the planet demonstrated their achievements in the following categories to the organizers, the expert jury and the whole world in the following categories: Multimedia, Sports, Talent, Top model, national costume, intelligence and «Beauty with a Purpose». Alina Sanko was among the 40 best girls in the Top Model contest, and a charity project created with the help the Sunflower Foundation made in the Top 20 in “Beauty with a Purpose”. Our beauty’s lot, consisting of the tandem of the Crystal Matryoshka and the amber “Honey Bear”, together embodying the sincerity, warmth and strength of Russia, was selected and successfully sold at the Miss World 2019 auction, and all monies was sent to the charity fund of the international contest.
For the final ceremony, Alina Sanko chose a deep blue silk dress, decorated with shimmering crystals, by Russian designer Igor Chapurin.
